Business Development
This would require you to prospect and develop new businesses within your field of specialization. You will become more efficient with this role as you widen your contacts and develop greater understanding of your specialization.
Client Management
This role requires you to develop lasting relationships with your clients and an intimate understanding of their businesses and cultures in order to better serve their needs. Your clients will benefit from your expertise as you deepen your knowledge and broaden your network within your specialization.
Candidate Management
A professional recruitment consultant always invests the time and effort to understand the candidate’s career aspirations and ambitions. Your objective is to identify motivated candidates whose career aspirations are in line with the client’s organizational needs.
